I'm a little late to the party, but I made my dream hrothgar! She's so pretty （*´▽｀*） I'm assuming with the new benchmark she won't really change at all.

In the benchmark movie it should be the same, but the character creator I'm assuming things like the Shoulder and Tail fur will look a little less waxy.

6 weeks and 4 days feels so far away. I want to run around, level viper and rewatch some cutscenes as a Hrothgar already.

I just hope they didn't change the faces or body at all. I feel their focus are on the older race issues that cropped up in the update. The female hrothgar are near perfect so hopefully their designs remain as is.

I have no intention on making one, but I really enjoy creating characters. I was absolutely stunned to see they still are locking hairstyles to the head. Totally shameful on SE's part to be doing that still after years with the Hrothgars. They should absolutely fix that.

Anyhow, aside from that, I found the Hrothgals really cute and fierce! I'm 100% positive these have been made already, b/c they're pretty basic, but meh I figure I'd share and celebrate the new race!

They are pretty! I like your first one the most! As for how unique they are, does it really matter? We only have 4 choices, so, some form of sameyness is bound to happen (as it is for every single race in this game). As long as YOU enjoy your character, it doesn't matter how many twins you have.
Moreso, for how rare the females are, I imagine their litters must be huge! And so having twins could be explained by that XD

Glamour and hairstyles do a lot of heavy lifting. Something the benchmark lacks. (The lack of default styles plus locked hair makes twin syndrome worse.)
Still Your Hrothgars are unique when matched up with others on this thread. (Even with the same face picked the sub choices made gives them their own shape and personality.)

So, in short. They look wonderful!

Finally got a chance to try out the benchmark. I think I found the three designs I like, so far I really like Face 1 (third face in the photo).
I'm really impressed with how they turned out and excited for the graphical update as well.

I am trying not to think about it considering how weird the Hrothguy one looks... My first impression is still "someone cut open a car tire and crafted a shirt with the pieces and some cloth." I am sure I'm doing many people a great disservice with this take, I am sure someone put a lot of thought in it, but sorry, I just cannot see the beauty in this. ^^;
The versions for the other women look nice for the most part though, so who knows. :)

They were lazy and gave male and female bunnies the exact same hempen sets as male and female midlander and hroth guys got the same as male roe. So I am willing to bet that female hroth will not get anything unique either and instead get the femroe underwear. Which I am not mad about.

Btw, in case anyone else didn't think of this either, like me:

Someone pointed out on reddit using Fantasia requires a log in for using the item, then logging out, do the changes, and then logging in again to see the result. So plan some time for your transformation into your personal big cat queen, considering the queues are likely going to be long. It's also not entirely clear to me if you can change when you're not on your home world, so going to a less congested world or datacenter could cause an error when trying to fantasia. Do this at your own risk.

Of course you can save a step by using a Fantasia you already own, but the potion is going to be changed with Dawntrail, and it's unclear if already activated Fantasias will have this new 60 minute timer as well.

I have some in my inventory already, so I plan to pop mine Tuesday night before maintenance so I am ready to go. I've already messed around on my crappy PC so I can make my girl, so just need to apply settings and tweak on PS5. If she needs adjustments, I just figure I will do them in the middle of the night during slower times lol.

Fingers are crossed it works out! Doing this in the night or early in the morning is certainly the smart move to handle this. :)
