Why are low standards for dps acceptable?

That really only applies to downloaded parsers that you go out of your way for though, rather than ones already put in games. Though I think more are likely to improve their dps if one is put in. Ah yes I should of stated that I was talking about downloaded parsers as thats all we really have at the moment. My bad.
