I like healers as they are right now, minor dps, and multiple heal options. Only just wish scholar got a summoner treatment because i dont even bother having energy drain on my bar.

I would genuinely love to see you explain, in your opinions, why your Paladin should have all these "random buttons" that you have to learn as a TANK but healers can't be allowed to have more than 1 Nuke, 1 DoT, 1 oGCD. Something tells me you'll either ignore this or try to deflect and say something along the lines of "It's different for tanks, healing is like the hardest most stressful thing in the game!!!"
I'm amazed that y'all are still responding to that person. Don't feed the trolls?
Considering that they just admitted in a tank thread that they don't want to put in effort that "people want or expect" in regards to the game, yeah, I think it's time to finally put them on the ignore list. There's no use trying to discuss anything with them, they're not interested in anything other than hearing themselves talk and filling every thread here with nonsense.
I mean.. they’ve been repeating themself countless times. So far they have added nothing new to any discussions, because that’s all they really have.
This, very much.
There was one conversation in past thread between them and ty_taurus that made me think they are exactly the kind of people you’re describing. It would be unfair to just shove them together with the "trolls".
Yes because all the random Healing buttons we have are any better. You have to learn how to use Protraction and Expedient don't you? How is it any different than learning your DPS rotation? What about learning to use Recitation? Seraph? The argument that you have to learn how to properly play your job is not an argument, it's a scapegoat to disguise laziness, pure and simple. You can't be bothered to learn and just want to complain that "it's too hard" because that's easier and it's sad.
