Of the content I've been a part of, nothing kills the Turret outside your own death, or changing your control scheme (Aeroplanes, Nyooooom)

Most cleaves do full dmg to turrets, there's a turret death in laylabell kill of ultimate
Also as I said If you resummon the turret hypercharge is negated, as such buffs as devotion, battle voice, litany ecc are the really fire and forget
And quite frankly underperforming MCH have a tendency of positioning their turrets as close to the melee side of the boss as possible.
I'd rather not rant about what I usually see when tanking tbh
(some) healers are a bit spoiled xD..., they just heal aoe, if you miss it (as blm can happen more than any other clas), some healers wont heal you up afterwards, and just let you die xD..
this accurs much less thanx to AetherM shorter CD,.. but in the past it could be painful..
Does it really matters? Reality is that those ppl exist and are the mayority as such it shouldn't be swept under the rug or minimized, a some1 bad on a certain job is likely to not really be good on using certain abilities, ppl usally say that they only need to press a button to make themselves useful? well most don't even do that.
Standard practice for a MMO, they nerf and buff at the slightest hint, because people bitch too much and they try to keep the bitching to a minimum. Give it till the next big content patch (Eureka) and they will nerf/buff other jobs again, this is a never ending struggle about MMO's I hate.
Exactly because an underperforming machinist/bard/ w/e is as much likely to underperform in other deepartments of their jobs and since the overlap of buffs is what really makes them shine that is qute hurtful, they are hurting the group by having less dps and hurting it again by making the support less impactful.
Hence why I said that perhaps devotions or heck letìs just say disembowel are the foolproof one where the one button agrument applies, because it's really HARD to make DRG wrong without hitting disembowel unless you are doing it on purpose ofc.
To specify I'm not saying that the argument they need to push just one button to be useful is wrong on the absolute I'm just saying that using it for some buffs is not exactly correct since there are still some personal variants that come in play, while others are really just that
