We have. They are working on it per an SE spokesperson on Reddit. The issue has been escalated.

Well, I live up on a mountain, so it takes 40 hours to d/l that big file. That translates to me being done with FFXIV until SE communucates with us. I deleted the whole thing & redownloaded just the initial ARR file, 11 gigs. Haven't run it yet because I know the first thing it will do is patch the loader. From my initial experience, that was the problem, my loader updated, it installed the lastest game patches, I was able to get in & play, the power went out & then I got the all too familiar 'initial install' ^ 19 gig update (I didn't buy the new addon, since it will be reduced to 25 bucks in 3-4 months, you know it will!). So...I'm waiting SE...tell us you fixed your damn loader or refund my monthly subscription fee...but for goodness sake...SAY OR DO SOMETHING!

This happen with my boyfrind, about 4 yours, get 1gb right now... His internet will finish day 21. This if another power outage happen and start from 0... =/
