Oh, and you know what else is funny? It wasn't relevant, but I got Kirin a long time ago. The only reason I farm now is to get crafting drops such as the whisker or vortex feather, 1) to get my boyfriend a Moogle weapon, and 2) to sell to raise money to get my FC a house. But obviously I'm a very selfish person and it's all for my own benefit.

Brill, I'm not sure you understand what selfish actually means, unless you're expanding it to "I do this to help others, because helping others makes me feel good and I want to feel good for my own sake".

^this although it is painting a picture of why they have trouble filling their PF parties. People do build reputations. I know I'll always look at the name of the person forming the party before joining.

It's amazing though that the mods have deleted posts in this thread, but not yet adjusted the title.

Sorry about that, just I've explained it 10 times already and people have been kinda rude about the post because they misunderstood. Guess I've gotten a little defensive :p Apologies again and thank you for the support! :)

On the other foot here, what about those try-hards that got carried towards their win, who join learning parties and then rage because there was a first time bonus message and wipes? "u gais suk! go kill urselfs!" I've seen this plenty of times when someone like that joins a learning party and then gets pissy because it wasn't a one-shot farm. So the option that blocks those whom have beaten whatever raid/ trial/ dungeon from joining should be included.

Sure, why not? The party finder needs more options with all aspects. Good idea.

It would be a less used option, but why not, options are good as long as there aren't enough to make the system too convoluted. Just remember, you also block the experienced teachers with this.

Also, as has been mentioned a few times. These people exist currently because (primaraly)of a lack of the OPs option. If that were in place, you would by default run into less of those carried ragers.
