Maybe it's like this: They're increasing the base damage (damage modifier or whatever) of the skill. This would increase it for EVERYONE who equips it, Lancer or not. To offset that increase for other classes, they make the cross-class penalty a bit harsher. The damage might not go down for cross-class feint, etc, but it won't go up either. I Think it stays as it is now for cross class and becomes stronger for native class, there for it's gonna be weaker after patch in cross class.

This patch made me come back once again xD Good work with this newest patch, it seems great to me, till now at least :) I love what you did to behest, makes more people come to the less crowded places, and if they dont come, you get a BIG bonus :Di loved getting 3k archer points for doing behest yesterday in cassiopeia ^^
