Summoner got destroyed this patch

Boots changes are going to be reverted in a hotfix.

So curious here did we get Ninja Nerfed on Shadow Flare or was it a bug that is going to be fixed? I ready both just trying to clarify here...the Thunder thing sucks bawlz but if they nerfed SF I am going to hide in a corner and cry. I hope it is a bug because they already obliterated my other main WHM.

The fact that shadowflare did do about 50% more damage than what the description said does seem to indicate it was bugged.

It was 100% crit rate, and it obviously shouldn't have been. Same with Flaming Arrow.
