Every extreme trial for the new expansion titled, "Know fight, up to mobs" and people are still constantly dying to the most simple of the mechanics before the hard part of the fight even begins.

I’m taking my secondary character through Shadowbringers right now and I just got to Holminster Switch. I main BRD on her, so I thought I should maybe go in with the NPCs but I tried the queue and it was less than a minute wait!

The tank was a really cute Elezen, and he hugged me. I was confused, but I won’t say no to Elezen hugs.

As we’re going along he gets slowed by a Gremlin so I used Wardens Paen on him to cleanse it.

He was like “Nice wardens, wanna EB” (Eternal bond)

and I was confused cause I thought he mean the light warden.

Then I realized he was talking to me and I’ve been grinning ear to ear.

I'm starting to dread getting Titania NM in the Trials roulette - seems like I've had an easier time with the EX version. Most recent run had the other tank consistently setting up a 10s pull timer and then pulling when there's 3s left (just... why? Either make the pull timer shorter or pull when you say you're gonna pull), and we barely managed to pass the DPS check after two wipes because one of our healers was allergic to DPSing. Like, at all. It took getting a new fourth DPS to even make that check. I'm cool with wipes when people are new, and mistakes happen, but no-DPS healers in level 73 content is frustrating.

the tank actually ask something similar like that. and this drg just said we got lucky with pug i guess? and another brd just casually said "it usually didnt kill me in 1 hit like this"

they are in rude awakening when they reach HW or SB dungeon lol

On a side note, Ninja at 80 is straining my fingers for some reason; it can get so busy that I accidentally reset my rotations quite a few times -_-

If you read the datalogs throughout the dungeon it details the lengths that Cid and the others went to to not only get the crystal tower sent to the First, but also back in time safely. He built a mini Alexander and plugged it into the tower to send it back in time, and used the data collected from Omega to manipulate the rift.

Encountered this in Ravana NM today in trial roulette:

No belt, and level 1 necklace, bracelet, and a ring that's useless after level 30. It stuns me that people get that far. I only noticed because I was also a GNB and had like 2k more HP than them.

My guess is that this is their first tank job, and they just opened the initial gear coffer they got with GNB's starting quest and used the Recommended Gear button. Of course, they should be seeking out better gear, but...

Castrum Meridianum, tanks decided to fight the magitek group in front of Livia. I guess healers and the rest of the party were busy with getting searchlight. I felt so awkward watching both tanks die without any heal going on and I was too scared to fight with them, lol.

Did shinryu yesterday for the first time and oh boi XD
After 1 minute half of the group dies ( including me)cause shinryu pulls us towards him causing us to fall.
Survivers kept fighting and revived us, after that nobody died again except that one dragoon who died often and said " that she feels useless", i felt bad for her but honestly everyone does mistakes and everyone did a good job cause we didn't wipe.

I just want to say that my first time in every new dungeon or trial up to the end of ShB story went very well imo. I was healing on WHM while my sister was DRK. Everything we went in blind and we did very well on the mechanics. It was all pretty easy for me to pick up. Only wiped once on 73 trial, 3 or 4 times on 79 trial, and once on 1st boss in final story dungeon. Didn't really have much trouble on final trial. And I loved every single fight and the story itself! :D

Sadly I don't have a single story to share, but I just wanted to say how well it went for me in the fights through duty finder.
