I made the first move between my partner and mostly because I have the thought process of "the worst thing that can happen is they say no and I'm looking again", but it worked out pretty splendidly. He had given up looking, and at this point we've become more than just friends which is more than either of us ever expected.

3-4am UK time is 8-9am for me and I have to be at work by then. I'm only available at from 6-11pm est during the week but on weekends I'm available all day long
