guys any tips/suggestion to do full rotation with average latency? (around 150-200ms)

i try using the full rotation setup on the page 1 but i cant do it smoothly because my latency cant take more than 2 OGCD skill, ley lines + enochian + raging strike cause my char to "freeze" like 0.5-1 second before the RS active

Dunno if Spell speed has anything to do with it but I believe 2 OGCD skills is the most you can really do before your able to attack again, trying to throw a 3rd will cause you to wait but could also be a part of animation lock? If your spell speed is capable or if you have the MP, I'd advise trying the 3rd rotation (shows more DPS for opener).

if it indeed redmage, if it indeed melee caster magic type class? iam so there day 1

Depends how well it gets implemented i guess. I always have a secondary job i play as which is Ninja so if at all i may play Red Mage instead

Red Mage is the only class that could potentially beat DRG for first place in my heart. But switching? I'd really have to see it first.

As a new BLM can you please tell me the optimal attribute distribution? I am putting everything in Intelligence and Piety (60/40) is that wrong?

The rotations on the first page were built in 3.0 almost a year and a half ago. They are no longer even remotely close to what you should be doing for your opener. You should even try avoiding casting 2 oGCDs in a row with our current Spell Speed. Currently, I adjust my opener very slightly depending on the fight for the use of Swiftcast, but most optimal opener is:

5s Pre pull
Sharpcast
Quelling Strikes
Ley Lines
Enochian

Fire 1 (Lands on pull)
Raging Strikes
Firestarter
Potion
Fire IV x 2
Fire
Fire IV
(Firestarter if it proc'd)
Swiftcast
Fire IV
Convert
Fire IV x 2
Blizzard III
Thunder
Blizzard IV

Precasting both Ley Lines and Enochian, allow you to weave your potion under Firestarter. If you get a second Firestarter, you are weaving SC under that for added PPS.
