Regarding healers, have you considered mixing the PVP iterations of their spells and abilities into their PVE iterations? It seems to me that the PVP iterations of the healers are very unique to each other and fun, so the design philosophy being brought over may be a good idea.

Additionally, specifically regarding Astrologians: what plans do you have regarding updating their cards? Considering that many players are asking for it, including myself, would you consider reverting the effects of the cards back to their original forms (with the exception of Spire, which would require a new effect)? If you plan to keep the cards as small DPS boosts, are you going to address and update the Job quest line?

Do you plan to make healers play differently we have the same dps rotations and our healing tools are different but they are used the same way so we all feel the same and i dont feel much of a difference between playing any of the 3 most of the time

The scenes from the Visual Works opening include canon background information, showing Thancred's rescue of Minfilia, along with Y'shtola and Urianger in the great fire. But what about the main scene with the Warrior of Light in the Ghimlyt Dark?

Is that scene, instead, from the unaltered timeline of the Eighth Umbral Calamity, where the Alliance and Scions were all wiped out by Black Rose? And did the Warrior survive long enough to wander the battlefield, only to be killed by the arrival of Sin Eaters upon the Source?

Will New Game Plus allow us to replay Shadowbringers. If so, will quests give us experience again?

A question I am sure has been asked plenty of times in this thread, but it does bear repeating! Will we ever have a return of more varied card abilities for AST? Even bringing back a few of those abilities (such as Bole and Ewer) would restore AST's lost identity.

Can we have Dragoon's Ring of Thorns back?

I second this. Can Steam players of XIV please be given the option to re-buy separate PC licenses so that it will not be necessary to be locked-in to using Steam? The standalone client is much more portable and easier to set up.

With housing, on several servers, there are FCs that buy out multiple plots using satellite FCs. Is this ever going to be addressed or are we stuck dealing with entire wards being gobbled up by small groups of players?

Can you remove the artificial price caps on housing, and instead have the prices adjust dynamically based on supply and demand? That would solve the placard camping problem while also ensuring there is not an excess of vacant plots.

It has become increasingly evident that the difficulty to fit certain jobs to specific roles has become much higher than originally anticipated. Would you ever reconsider your stance on creating a Support role, to place those jobs who don't fit into the existing roles very well, so that they can retain their identities while not screwing up your balance?

FFXIV used to be designed to be playable with up to 200 ms latency. Are there any plans to address the current gameplay issues that make classes like MCH and NIN nearly unplayable at those latency levels?

Regarding AST, a lot of the abilities no longer fit with the lore of astrologian. In particular, the cards no longer reflect their individual meanings and skills like Celestial Opposition have lost a lot of flavour and identity. It does not feel like I am playing an astrologian that was taught to me by the job quests and lore book.

Are there any plans to address these issues soon?

For the AST gameplay, why were abilities like Time Dilation and Celestial Opposition changed/removed? Are there any plans to introduce more utility and buffing into AST kit that isn't a damage buff?

The current card system I feel has too many buttons for just simple damage buffs, Undraw is also completely useless as there is no reason to ever use it. Other jobs can accomplish with 1 button what Divination and Seals is trying to do with 7, shouldn't there be something more interesting to do with Divination then, like different Seal combinations causing different buffs or effects?

QUESTION REGARDING RED MAGE IN SHADOWBRINGERS

Why no new Ver-spells like VerBlizzard, VerWater, VerIce, VerQuake? Especially with the AoE VerThunder2/VerAero 2 because using Impact sucks!

Can we expect to see an update to the Archer/Bard animations for Heavy Shot/Straight Shot/Venomous Bite abilities? The game does not render projectiles and these abilities feel disconnected when they are shot and something seems to hit the target without any projectile actually traveling.

Can you please take away the restriction that your FC subs and airships needs 4 people to access this feature. You can literally have 3 strangers come in launch these who ain't even in your FC!

There are currently different idle and battle poses depending on if you're playing a male character, female character, job and race. While I can understand that this was done to add flavour to the races/genders it often creates situations where you like poses on one job but would prefer the other poses on another.

Since we already have a /cpose command, might it be possible to get a /cstance command as well to toggle between using the male and female variants at least? I understand that racial poses are different due to body shape (Hroth and Roes having less issues with weapon weight and as such having a different WAR battle pose for example) but there shouldn't be a reason why i.e. only female chars can get the lightning pose on gunbreaker.

Also, can we please not lock steam service accounts to the steam client? It's a horrible piece of software bringing more pain than benefits (the overlay causing issues, let alone the authentication server issues on start-up as seen with ESO). Please don't burn your steam players like that.

Currently, Summoner's rotation is very busy and contains a lot of OGCD's which need to be used on cooldown / monitored to maximise DPS. However, its overall DPS is significantly lower than BLM which falls into the "selfish DPS". The utility provided by SMN is quite small in terms of buffs to Raid DPS. Is there a reason BLM is the "pure/ selfish DPS" yet has a much simpler rotation? Currently, SMN feels like it requires a lot of work but lacks reward as its DPS output is so much lower than BLM and melee jobs. This disparity, I think feeds into the current feeling that summoner is unrewarding as "trash" (though I don't personally think this)

Hello - I have a small question about friendlist functionality.

When you remove someone from your friendlist, you remain on theirs and they can see when you are online / send mails etc. Are there any plans to change this in the future? As it stands, it's very easy for a harasser to stalk someone ingame because if you name change/server change, you are STILL on their friendlist and they can see every move you make.
