Unable to log in on PS4 :(

Same, i sent an email to SE and complain letter to Etisalat. Too bad Eso will reset tom. and red scrips on thursday and i didnt cap both lol. :(

I contacted Etisalat again, they asked me to preform a traceroute to 195.229.4.71 and send screenshots to care@etisalat.ae.
I advise you guys to do the same.

How do we do that??

screenshot/copy-paste the results and send it to care@etisalat.ae
