FINAL FANTASY XIV Hotfixes (Aug. 8, 2024)
■ The following issues have been addressed:
・An issue when undertaking the healer role quest "Taste of a Toxin Paradise" wherein casting Esuna on the Laugh-weary Lalafell before the Befuddled Bather prevented the subsequent cutscene from triggering, thereby preventing quest progression.
・An issue when undertaking the quest "Making a Name" wherein the quest object "peculiar herb stalks" was not interactable when using a gamepad.
・An issue with AAC Light-heavyweight M1 and AAC Light-heavyweight M1 (Savage) wherein, under certain conditions, players did not fall when the floor beneath them was destroyed.
・An issue with AAC Light-heavyweight M4 (Savage) wherein players that were jumping during certain phase changes were relocated out of bounds.
・The name of the following item was incorrect.

FINAL FANTASY XIV HotFixes (Aug. 27, 2024)
■Shadow, the probationary European logical data center released to mitigate congestion following the launch of Dawntrail, has been shut down.
*Characters who are on the Shadow data center when this maintenance begins will automatically have been returned to their Home World at the end of maintenance.
■The additional instances implemented in Patch 7.0 to prevent congestion in Tuliyollal and Solution Nine have been removed.
■We removed the automatic process implemented to ease congestion upon the release of Patch 7.0 which logged out players who were inactive for 30 minutes.
Along with the change above, we have also removed the process that prevented characters who had travelled to a new World using the Data Center Travel system/World Visit system from being able to log in at their destination if those systems had already reached maximum capacity.
*Please note that you cannot apply for a Data Center Travel/World Visit if the maximum capacity has been reached.
■The following issues have been addressed:
・An issue with AAC Light-heavyweight M2 (Savage) wherein the enemy actions Centerstage Combo and Outerstage Combo caused an erroneous sound effect to play.
・An issue with AAC Light-heavyweight M4 (Savage) wherein players would remain in combat after being incapacitated by the enemy action Cannonbolt.
・An issue with AAC Light-heavyweight M4 and AAC Light-heavyweight M4 (Savage) wherein the targetable radius for the boss while using a mouse was incorrect.
・An issue when undertaking duties introduced in Patch 5.x wherein the NPC Urianger would fail to move or execute specific actions under certain conditions.
・An issue wherein the description of the warrior PvE action Damnation was incorrect.
* This was a text-only issue. The action itself remains unchanged.
・An issue wherein the description of the dragoon trait Melee Mastery failed to note the potency increase for Wyrmwind Thrust.
* This was a text-only issue. The action itself remains unchanged.
・An issue with the dark knight's arm Maleficus wherein certain dyes applied as Dye 1 did not display correctly.
・An issue wherein the cards on the astrologian's arm Procyon did not display correctly.
・An issue wherein dyes were not applied to the correct portions of the Swanliege Coat.
・An issue wherein the graphics for the furnishing Pile of Gold did not display correctly.
・An issue with the furnishing Waterfall Partition wherein the sound effect would still play after disabling ambient sounds.
・An issue wherein wearing certain face-covering headgear caused clipping issues with specific Hrothgar hairstyles.
・An issue while playing as a Miqo'te wherein color changes failed to reflect when dyeing or previewing the headgear Augmented Ninja Hatsuburi.
・An issue when using certain emotes while playing as a male Miqo'te wherein the graphics for a portion of the hairstyle "Saintly Style" did not display correctly.
・An issue in a specific area wherein the graphics of a waterfall did not display correctly.
・An issue wherein the graphics for the NPC E-Sumi-Yan's eyes did not display correctly.
・An issue with the Backroom in Solution Nine wherein certain emotes would display incorrectly when used.
・An issue with quick exploration ventures wherein the crystal acquisition rate for level 100 retainers was too high.
・An issue wherein the location listed for obtaining the Blade's Exaltation Orchestrion Roll was incorrect.
・An issue wherein characters blacklisted by a party recruiter could participate in recruitment under certain conditions.
・An issue with the Currency Settings window wherein logging in after selecting certain currencies would revert settings to their defaults.
・Other minor text issues have also been addressed.
FINAL FANTASY XIV Hotfixes (Nov. 14, 2024)
■The following issues have been addressed:
- The “Perfectio” reaper PvP action would disable effects from the following PvP actions.
・The “Undead Redemption” effect of the “Eventide” dark knight PvP action
・The “Hallowed Ground” effect of the “Phalanx” paladin PvP action
・The “Mesotes” effect of the “Mesotes” sage PvP action
- When performing the “Purify” PvP action in cases where multiple debuffs were in effect, only one of the debuffs would be removed.
*In consideration of the impact of these issues, we have first addressed the Hotfixes indicated on each instanced area. As a result, the issue in Wolves' Den Pier will continue to occur, but we plan to address this issue in Patch 7.11 as an overall maintenance will be required.
FINAL FANTASY XIV Updated (Nov. 28, 2024)
■The following issue has been addressed:
During Crystalline Conflict, when transporting the tactical crystal in the Red Sands stage, the crystal would move in the opposite direction to where you were progressing at certain coordinates.

■The following issue has been addressed:
・After completion of the role quest "Enforcing Freedom," depending on where were are in the progress of the next role quest "Bar the Passage," Japanese text may appear when speaking to the NPC Rral Majun in Tuliyollal and selecting the option, "How are things?" (English version only)
*As announced, this HotFixes only addresses the issue with the English version.

■The following issue has been addressed:
- During a group pose, the Photograph emote would stop midway and start over repeatedly under certain conditions.
FINAL FANTASY XIV Hotfixes (Mar. 26, 2025)
■A temporary fix has been implemented for the issue of the list of items and the number of items required to trade for Crafter's Master Recipes being displayed incorrectly at various Sundry Splendors such as "Rowena's Representative", "Mowen's Merchant", and "Agora Merchant."
*Due to a client update being required to address this issue, as a temporary measure to prevent the issue from spreading, we have made it so that an error will be displayed and you will be unable to perform the exchange when exchanging for Crafting Master Recipes (11) using 1200 purple crafters' scrip at the Sundry Splendors. When exchanging for Crafting Master Recipes (11) or Crafting Master Recipes (12), please use the scrip exchange located in various areas.

FINAL FANTASY XIV Hotfixes (Mar. 31, 2025)
■A partial fix has been made for a bug where objects and other graphics sometimes interfere with PCs and NPCs in cutscenes of some quests. We will continue to fix and verify the issues that have not been fixed at this time, and will address them in due course.
■The following bugs have been fixed:
・During certain phases of “AAC Cruiserweight M1”, the boss may not face the correct direction when performing the actions “2-snap Twist” and “4-snap Twist” under certain conditions.
・The list of items and the number of items required to exchange Crafter's Master Recipes are incorrect in various Sundry Splendors such as “Rowena's representative”, “Mowen’s merchant”, and “Agora merchant”.
・In Data Center Travel, the process of automatically returning characters to their Home World after being logged out for over 30 days in a different World may occur even if 30 days have not yet passed.

FINAL FANTASY XIV Hotfixes (Apr. 28, 2025)
■We have implemented a temporary countermeasure for the issue with mech ops in Cosmic Exploration wherein an error preventing boarding would occur if "Board" is selected while performing another action at the same time.
*As it will take time to implement a permanent fix, we have made changes to the system so that an application is compensated and the internal chances of being selected in the next application is set to max to those who encounter this issue.
*Players that encountered this issue before the temporary countermeasure will be compensated with 1000 Lunar Credits once we have investigated for eligibility. We kindly ask for your patience while this investigation is underway.
■The following bugs have been fixed:
・During Cosmic Exploration, the server could go down under certain conditions when the mech op directive "Destroy Corrupted Crystals" was started.
・During Cosmic Exploration, the mech ops objects would sometimes remain when completing the mech op directive "Destroy Corrupted Crystals".
・During Cosmic Exploration, the mech op directive would no longer be issued under certain conditions.
・During Cosmic Exploration, the time between the issuance of a mech op directive and the start of the operation would be shortened under certain conditions.
・During Cosmic Exploration, the standard synthesis, quick synthesis, and trial synthesis could be performed while a crafter's stellar mission was in progress.
