Dancer is a DPS

I don't have 3 regen healers or 3 shield healers to choose from
Hopefully we'll get 2 healers next expansion following this pattern

In retrospect it makes more sense that Dancer is a ranged dps, but I have to admit some disappointment to not getting a healer. Keeping my fingers crossed for a surprise Geomancer announcement before launch.

Why would you? Why should you? There is not enough of a dichotomy between the two to warrant you needing six healers. There is enough of one to warrant balancing rpdps to match current options for every other subset.

You and others are clearly missing the point. We get dps every damn expansion now and there is several other dps jobs to choose from.
I will give you that there needed to be another physical ranged dps but healer atm was needed more. Dps could have waited until 6.0

I don't see how healer was needed more. Two expansions of a subset having two jobs vs two expansions of a subset having three jobs.

Ok so let's sum up :
- 4 melee dps, 3 ranged dps, 3 casters dps ; 7 physical dps, 3 magical dps
- 0 melee healer, 0 ranged healer, 3 caster healer ; 0 physical healer, 3 magical healer

So where are my physical, melee and ranged healers ?
