These forums don't have private messaging features. The closest to private messaging facilities these forums offer is the public statement of your chosen character's name and world, allowing someone to try to send you a /tell in game and hope that you're online at the time in order to receive it.

Hello! I got an invite/recruit a friend email to play a few weeks ago. I've played the free trial and the 15 days just ended tonight. This is my current screen when I log in to MogStation. There's no option for the Recruitment Code.

1) Will I still be able to use his code?
2) If yes, where and how can I get to the recruitment code page?

As long as you have not yet paid anything towards your subscription, you should still be able to use his code. You would have to be part of the regular services to begin paying however and the question should come up in either the transfer or the billing section, though you'll likely have to pay attention to notice it. Transfer to normal service first and foremost anyhow.
