OP could probably just play Conan Exiles they got a a johnson slider

I don't like playing male characters because they don't have a penis, it's really weird and uncanny not having a bulge on male characters. It's not perversion, it's basic anatomy. Also all the butts are really flat, like someone has been starving in coma for 2 years, it's disturbing.
