Error 601-401 GM Bublex response

Just tried again since it's been 24 hours since I first tried to get in. Entered the correct information and still getting Error 401/601.

Well, guess it's back to Guild Wars 2 until they fix this disaster of a payment system. Assuming this doesn't get swept under the rug.

What kind of safety, it's a bit late if I've had a 1.0 subscription with that card, and purchased digital CE with that card. Besides, my card was accepted by MogStation for automatic renewal weeks before it came time to pay subscription. It just cancelled itself due to an error because MogStation is a buggy piece of trash of a billing system.

Don't worry, it'll be more of a public relations nightmare in a fortnight when they lose a lot of their new players because their 30 day + week subscription expired

This is what I'm expecting to happen sometime within the week or early next week. Hopefully another wave of bad publicity will open their eyes.

For anyone having issues with either the Error 401 (trying to add Crysta via Mog net) or Error 601, try this. Go to www.pcgamesupply.com, Ultimate game card. Buy one of these cards, may require registration to their site. After this is all done and you receive confirmation email. You should be able to activate Crysta on your account and use this for payment, for a temporary work around.

Also for anyone wanting to call UltimatePay (who have been very helpful so far) their number is 1-877-703-6339

But that's harassing UltimatePay Customer Service Representatives to do Square Enix Customer Service Representatives' job.

I tried doing that Stormsoul but since there is no crystal available in my region(only God knows why) that option is not available.

I also dont understand why one of my 2 accounts has no problem subbing and my main one does. The only difference between them is the server.

Doesn't this only work for certain countries to?

I hope they fix this by the time my free trail ends...if they don't...I don't know,but it's not going to be pretty.

What I do find funny, is that the issue doesn't really fall on SE as much as it does Globalcollect.

I'd imagine it wouldn't matter as long as you get an Ultimate Game Card from anywhere (including online). I just don't feel like supporting Square Enix if they can't fix the problem themselves :/

So after waiting 2 hours I'm told there's nothing they can do and that the initial fraud lockout was 48 hours and since I tried again today it added another 24 hours. that's a total of 72 hours I have to wait till I can try to sub. WTF! Then the agent disconnects as i'm asking them why we're told to contact them if there's nothing they can do. VERY UPSET right now.

If that was the case, people wouldn't have a problem adding Crysta through Ultimate Game Cards without harassing UltimatePay

Ok so the only reason why I cannot buy crysta is because in my square enix account, I chose Puerto Rico, instead of United States as country (even though Puerto Rico is US territory...). Does anyone know, if I make a new square enix account, and choose United States this time, can I move my service account (my character) to the new square enix account or are service accounts unable to be moved between square enix accounts??
