Yeah... this is getting old. Meanwhile we're all wasting our free trials on a game we can't actually play.
I'm having the same issues you all are.
I get intermittent Receiving and then get kicked. I can log in immediately (assuming it can find my legacy server).
Seems to happen whenever there's a lot going on in the screen though. I camped out at a remote location and started crafting and didn't any disconnection issues - only some slowdown.
It sounds like it's on their end, but what's weird is that it never happened to me before.

Started tonight, can log in for about 10 seconds before I get kicked out with error 90000. I can log right back in, no errors but I get kicked out right away again.
I managed to get in, not sure if was a fluke or not, unfortunately it's too late and I have to get off for college. :/
But I will see if it has a pattern by trying tomorrow. Got in at 10:30 Cst.
Same 90000 error for me as well. (Lehigh Valley, Pa) with RCN as internet provider. Was playing just fine until Sept 2. Now I have the game randomly freezing, and then going into fast forward. Getting 90000 after anywhere from 5-40 minutes. Completely random. And this is just in the regular world. Haven't tried any instanced content since this started happening.
I still can't play the game lol I can log in and stand in one spot and idle no problem but when I try to do anything engaging like I don't know try to finish my hunting log I go from full health to dead because I can't tell I have additional aggro because now all of a sudden my connection is messing up.
I get Error 90,000 withing 30 seconds of login in on both my characters.

I made a new character on the same server, and I could play
I tried with an alt on another server and I could play aswell...

Also, i've been having this error for the past 9hours... so I wish it would take LESS than fucking 10 hours to log on ... everytime I d/c i know its a 10hr fight to get back on... This is getting retarded, especially now that they have "fixed" the servers...

Yep im in Australia and could log in fine last night.
Now i just get connection with server was lost

- 10102
so annoying as i have some free time.
I tried with 2 different chars on the NA/EU servers last night, both got lagged, sped up then error 9k after 10-20 min. I really wish SE would check into this, ever since phase 4 beta this game has been a PITA to play.
So, I have two people who play in my house, one on PC, the other on PS3. Both are on the same IP address however, the PS3 does not get the 90k error but the PC does. It cannot be an ISP problem lol
I think square are in denial about this problem.
My guess is that they are doing the minimum each time to get things moving and it is not nearly enough.
I have tried logging in the morning, the evening and at 5 am. Always the same: Game starts fine then gets steadily laggier then 90k disconnects. I had over 30 disconnects yesterday. I suppose I'm the fool for logging back in each time.
Square seem to think that this is a "resolved" issue but it has only gotten worse for me after their updates.
A week's free time does not cut it as we have all had troubles now lasting well over a week.
I think the main problem is that square are too cheap to invest in a realistic amount of new servers to handle the huge load of players who want to play the game, players who all BOUGHT the game with hard earned money. I think I speak for allot of people when I say that if I screwed up this badly at work and gave the same shoddy excuses as square, I would be out on my ass.
I know square post updates every day or so saying how sorry they are and that issues are being resolved but from where I am sitting, nothing has been resolved.
I am not a developer or an IT guy but I'm also not stupid so it seems obvious even to me that square need to:
GET MORE SERVERS!
Install an AFK timer.
Start free migration to low pop servers.
Install EU servers in the fikkin' EU, NOT CANADA! (We have the most people it's a no brainer).
Use the twitter feed to give hourly updates, if people had accurate, timely information they would not moan so much. And by accurate information I mean not just saying everything is "resolved" when it obviously is not. If people were actually able to play the game they would not be on the forums complaining!
For those white knights who are itching to defend square I say this: After 100 sorrys it starts to lose it's meaning. People are pissed off because they work and have a limited amount of free time and paid for a product that DOES NOT WORK. Defending their behaviour gives them licence to mess us about even more.

I get about 10 seconds of gameplay and then error 90000.
I created two characters today and they gave me no issues but as soon as I logged off and tried to log back in Error 90000 .

I have been getting this error since beta 4 and just recently it got worse.
Same here, RCN. Drove to Bethlehem RCN office and exchanged 25mb service to 50mb. My system is now blazing fast!!!.. for everything else, lol.
For FFXIV, I log in, play for a bit and then get kicked out after 30-45mins. After talking to some support staff at RCN, they told me "oh, we've been hearing about that game quite a bit lately", so it's not us; it's SE. I tried the port forwarding but can't figure it out. Was using the beta ports but idk if they are the same because it doesn't seem to work.
Still patient though because at least I get to level my fishing up. It's the only thing I can do because crafting is too risky (lose mats) and fighting in dungeons or mobs means death on the freezeout.
Gonna give it one more night, seeing if a pattern forms on when i can get on. (scientific method, yo) then if not I guess I'll see what I can do with my ISP. I've tried just about everything else, to no avail, but I still guarantee it has absolutely nothing to do with my ISP.
I can run absolutely anything else just fine on this connection at any time of the day.
This is the absolute ONLY game I have (out of MANY) that has an issue.
Totally! The only thing that I find strange is that I didn't experience any of these issues with the Beta. No issues at all, actually.
Feels like one of the things they did to try to fix their servers has gone wrong for some of us, sent an e-mail to SE's customer support, hopefully they'l at least tell me they're working on solving the issue.
I am having similiar issues as well before the increase in size of the servers and the new servers patch when i played never when ld or anything now since that recent patch on tuesday i keep getting the 90000 error every 15 to 20 mins and it makes the game very hard to play sometimes ill get a huge lag spike and it recovers or a huge lag spike then a disconnect tried every other game i have everquest 2 ,league of legends , stgarcraft 2 and battlefield 3 and i have no issues only having problems with this game and it is very frustrating i am hoping maybe someone has a suggestion i live in quebec and use videotron as a service provider for internet
Welp, deleting old beta files form your comp doesn't work either. I tried it and I don't recommend anyone else do it. lol... cause about 30 minutes of other problems i had to fix to get back to this one.
Still getting r0 every 10 seconds SE. cmon! Atleast let us know you are working on it... Don't keep us guessing =/ Lack of communication is gonna lose you players.
and for what its worth, im RCN Lehigh Valley as well,...not a very conclusive pattern, but,... just sayin:/
Well i'm glad i'm not the only one. Having this 90000 error every 5 min. It's start whit a lag spike then fast foward action if i catch up or i just lose connection. It started the 2 sept. as well. It's unplayable as it is.
I played beta just fine and never had any problem.
Every other games, program, stream is working fine.
SE plz need to check this out

Same issue here, been happening since the 2nd. The wife doesn't have the issue on the PS3, I just get it on the computer. It has happened on both servers I play on.
r0 and intense lag every 5-10 seconds EVERYWHERE I go in game. and getting error 90k roughly every 15-20 minutes.
I wonder how long it will take THIS issue to get sorted. :/
