The issue occurred just after I entered the level 50 summoner class instance. My PS3 froze just as the initial cutscene started and I have been locked out with 3102 since. Going on 30+ minutes now.

Was riding chocobo in Eastern Thanalan, game froze. Had to end process in Task Manager. 10 minutes later wife saw the logout message in Free Company chat. Has been 40 minutes now. Still unable to log in.

They know about that error, in fact, they've caused that so we think it's our fault not to be able to play. Latest maintenance? just a joke

Well done Square Enix with the maintenance, it's worked so well, the planning is absolutely brilliant! Most of the time I get an error connecting to the lobby server like before the update, then if I occasionally get past that I have a slim chance of it managing to load the EU/NA server list (again like before the update, but even more now) and if I get past that which I've managed to twice in the last hour of trying it says that I'm already logged in with an Error 3102 when I'm not (this is a new problem they've caused with this maintenance). I actually managed to play for 15 minutes earlier (WOW that is amazing - I actually managed to play the game for a short while after waiting in a queue with the world full) and I logged out normally a few hours ago. SE are becoming an absolute joke and people should be demanding refunds on the game soon as they're legally entitled, the maintenance has made the problem much worse and the server congestion and errors seems even worse if anything. I can understand problems on launch day, but it's been a week and a half now since early access. They should certainly be adding more than 7 days play time to people's accounts, in fact the time should start if and when they finally fix it and not before. And why still haven't SE added the most basic feature you see in any MMO, a feature to log people out when they're idle? This would at least allow people with a 3102 error to get back in eventually and it would resolve a lot of congestion problems too as anyone who logs in is frightened to ever log out as they'll never get back in again. This essential feature has been suggested to SE on numerous occasions by lots of people in the forums and would be simple to add for them, but they're obviously not listening to any common sense! Se are also not admitting the scale of the problem or keeping people up to date either, E.g. there is no announcement about the latest very serious issues what-so-ever at the time of writing and it's been many hours now since the waste of time 10 hour maintenance that has only made it even worse (E.g. I could play after 1-2 hours of repeatedly trying before, now I can't play at all), that is why I'm now getting angry at them. Instead I've seen various official announcements during times where it's almost impossible to login to the EU servers (well it's totally impossible now with the 3102 error) stating that short term problems have occurred for say 15 minute and have been resolved when the login problems have never been resolved since launch, but it falsely makes SE look good.

I am really fed up with spending a lot more time writing on these forums complaining about the problem where SE never EVER EVER take a blind bit of notice or reply than actually playing the game. In fact even these so called support forums are overloaded for similar reasons. The game is great, but what's the point if you cannot play?
