Im on Malboro server... 3 f'in hours it took me to get in.....30 mins into my gameplay i see emergency maintenance message....i get f'in kicked....I bget all kinds of error codes, i go outside for a smoke, come back in and BAM 1017 1017 1017 1017 !!! To Make matters worse, my cousin in the same serever NEVR GOT KICKED due to this "emergency Maintenance"

They ran into a problem and are fixing it. Sure yes, there should be a Queue, but really said queue would put more stress on a server. I mean, when you have 3000 people in line, the data has to be managed somehow right? That will be more work on a server someplace, which might not be able to handle it and keep things running as well as they are (not that they are running 'well' right now) The know the problem is there, they are working to fix it, they even tacked on 7 days of time so we don't waste 'paid' time while they fix the issue. Lets stop the damn name calling, we're all gamers. Stop the bitching and moaning about who's doing what with corperate whatevers, stop the "Well you can go outside you know" It's all getting old. We're all grumpy because we want to play this lovely game, ripping each other apart with the immature banter is not helping matters.

Yep... A nice long 3 day weekend totally fubar'd by Sony. Since Friday I have been able to log on once. I've spent the past 7+ hours myself trying to log in. Totally fuk'd my entire weekend. Thanks for taking a giant dump on your customers Sony.

I have no issue with waiting, but waiting is money wasted, and a message stating that compensation would is going to be made would make waiting not as much of a problem.
but you have another issue. People pre-ordered for head starts on this mmo. Alot of people like hitting end game sooner than later and being able to do more before content is released.
This features and benefits are being infringed on everyday that we have servers we can't get into and no agreeable compensation for such issues.
You need to be able to understand both sides of the issue. These are paying customer your telling to suck up not getting what they paid for any you wouldn't want that yourself. (unless your retarded)

I spent $60 back in 2011, and $30 when they started chagrining me for two months, All my friends quit so I did too waiting for the improvments they promised. the 28th comes and still cant play it another $30 later... Agreed - at least Friday and Saturday night at this time I could get in, and even get back in quickly after the frequent 90k errors on Friday night. But I haven't been able to log into the game for almost 24 hours at this point. With it being a 3-day weekend, guess nobody wants to log out and not get in tomorrow.
SE took the wrong approach with the AFK issue. They should have either a) temporarily instituted an AFK timer for launch, and then rolled it back at a later date, or b) do rolling reboots of the major city zones.
At 10:30 PM on a Sunday night, the realm Adamantoise is still full? I find that hard to believe, unless 90% of the population is AFK.

13 hours today, myself.
After 16 hours trying to log into the game, I finally get on. Only to get an error 90000 10 minutes later and "server is full" message once more. Not only do they not have a proper queue, but on top of it you better hope you don't get DCed or you are screwed. It is not my usual kind of post, but this is getting pretty ridiculous right now. Kicking me after 10 mins while I know for a fact some people have been connected non-stop. I am infuriated and I have the right to be.
constantly tried to get in again today from 4pm to 1:30am. Nothing. Will set my alarm for 5am and try again. If I ever get in I'm never logging off again. This game has left a sour taste in my mouth and as soon as another game comes out I'm out.
You want to know what is really ridiculous? I have been trying to get into the game for 8 hours now and I have been spamming to get in. The minuet my friend tries to connect to the game, he gets in. This game is just ridiculous. Now I am convinced there is another bug that is somehow not letting certain people into the game that is associated with error 1017. All day yesterday I got error 2002. When I finally got into the game, I got kicked for another error. This game is unplayable. It is almost 7 days since launch and nothing has been done.
Instead of crying and saying how sorry you are in your Developer posts, fix the issues. Adding more worlds on Wednesday is not going to fix the server problems. It seems like these people only care about obtaining new customers instead of pleasing the ones they are already pi**ing off. Stop crying up a river and fixing your fudging game already.

It would appear you don't understand how the game actually works - there is currently NO auto log-out feature in this game. No macro necessary. People are removed from game forcibly via game crashes. Maybe "You people" need to learn how things work before saying "You people fail".
Are you serious? You clearly don't want to acknowledge the state of this game right now - you speak of selfishness, but you have concluded that the game is perfect out of fanboi-ism of your own (apparently lucky, non-problematic) game experience. That is in no way representative of the community at large - which well over half, it seems, experience continual login and disconnect problems.
Seriously, listen to the person you're trying to debate and stop kissing corporate ass.
Some people have been able to hit 50 on 4 classes by now and progress well into end-game, while others have been barely able to play a few hours, thus being left in the dust and unable to join the guild of a similar progression caliber they would like to be a part of, all the while paying real money for this.
No calming down will happen until things are fixed.
