I love this thread I use it almost every day as I pick of a handful of Side Quests a week.

Definetly not.

Very small fix... But the Gridania quest "Say it with Wolf Tails" is actually at (8,2), not (9,2). lol, other than that, it's all good. Very nice guide!

Thanks for making this list! It's really nice to be able to look through them all in one place to check out the rewards.

If these Grand Companies each have their own set of quests and you can only choose to join one, that's gonna suck.

This would be, it should have said from the beginning if we could change like we could change the nation in FFXI.
But it is typically for YoshiP to say nothing. We have the choice, we are recruits until 1.19 blabla.
After so long time their fixed typos in levequests, i have submitted in september, maybe we know his decision mid of next year, while the game is already dead after the great nerfs, we already got.

Welp, just got home from work. Patch is installing right now (good idea to uTorrent it while I was away and have it set for auto-shutdown!).

Time to get cracking. :P

Hold on, did the devs change the older sidequests to include SP as a reward? Looks like "Requires" was changed to "Classes" also.

So older quests now have SP rewards. For example, I learned A Hypocritical Oath now has 1,620 SP as a reward also in addition to the original.

I'm pretty sure that only happens when you complete the quest, not accept it. Ergo, the displayed reward the highest SP you can get.

Yup for the hell of it I finished Sniffing Out a Profit with my r21 CON, I only got 1000 SP. The original listed reward was 3100. So everybody should see the original listed reward that I see, hopefully.

I'm thinking of omitting the Grand Companies quests, after all they're straightforward, and they're not under the Sidequests Tab.

I'm not gonna list GC quests since they're not under the sidequests tab. Besides, they're straight forward, and the quests are this (only with my experience with Limsa's):

Initiation
Person A tells you to talk to the Person B right next to them
Person B tells you about company seals
First mission as a recruit
Imperial Devices
Into the Dark

Yeah, much thanks. Been at work.

I think the sidequests mentioned here for 1.18 are complete. I was everywhere atleast once, where you could find an NPC besides eagles nest and Camp Riversmeet. I will go there if i really have the mood for it. If there is a following quest e.g. for rustproof, i havn't found it yet. This patch was alot of running and im without help of a support teleporter.
I'm a bit of exhausted after running around 30h+. All in all the patch was bad. The new outposts are small and probably created in 1 day, just to say we got new areas. Only a few sidequests implemented, too. But i get offtopic here.

Thanks for taking the time to organize a list. I've been doing the sidequests since they added SP rewards and I wouldn't have remembered to check the hamlets without this topic.

Yes. 3 for Grid, 2 for Uld (and 1 in Gold Bazaar), 2 for Limsa (and 1 in Wineport).

can i make a suggestion. can you highlight 1.18 quests in a different color in your top thread. it's hard to track which one is new.
