How to fix the re-registration [Where to get the new code]

all you have to do is re-enter the code, use the first 10 digits of the most recent code you received in your email, the official serial.
there are 8 more numbers on the second line but the shortened code worked fine.

For some reason my account wasn't shut down until this morning. But I found my code in my amazon games library!

Thanks, the stupid email with the codes was in the Gmail SPAM box!!!

Wow, thank you so much. I didn't know how to proceed with resolving this since I couldn't find that email in my normal inbox. Now I don't have to wait for hours in the live support queue.

So i purchased my copy through Amazon (hard copy, not dl). Now that my early-access code is invalid, I have to wait on the disc to be received in the mail?...

so my early access is done but it was hard to login like half the time, daylight hours seemed impossible so i pretty much played it like 10pm til i can conk out til like daylight then when i wake up i cant login til nighttime again, has SE considered extending it for people considering thatt not everyone has time during the nights like regular people? for me it wasnt that bad for playing it in the nighttime but in reality i couldnt login half the time and had to wait like 4-6 hours til i can login which would be night time and many hours gone without no gameplay!!!!!! anyways i just found an article saying they are extending it already, http://www.dualshockers.com/2013/08/...ive-free-days/

also i dont need to play the game til i got more time on my hand so can i just wait til then and the 30 days will start once i activate the hard copy!?

I bought 1.0 a year ago directly from Square Enix. I found the e-mail from digitialriver on behalf of Square Enix, which has a 20 digit code. When I enter it today it says it is already registered.

Well duh. This is the most convoluted confusing process ever.

I bought the game from Green Man Gaming on the 24th and then got the email on the 26th with the codes and all is fine.

I would like OP's post a billion times over if I could. I would not have thought to look in my spam folder for an email not from SE, thank you. All is well, thanks again OP!

That message sounds like they are getting overloaded with traffic to me.

I had the same scenario with digital download from the SE site and I did indeed get the exact same email in my spam folder. I entered the code and got in fine.

Bump and Sticky, please! I have the delayed physical copy issue, but this is an excellent compilation of solutions to this major issue.

If you have an amazon account and made purchase RECENTLY and your card is not showing the purchased amount, you will not receive an access code. Amazon also has a notice when you look up their digital download to order FFXIV

Another warning if you are reading this. All gamestop and target have put their hard copies of FFXIV in the back.

Thank you so much to the guy who said to check your credit card. SE never charged me for my pre-order, thats why findmyorder could not help me, why I never got any additional emails or anything else. On my way to GameStop to pick it up. Ill have a follow up post if all goes well! SE Digital DL for windows is what I thought I paid for!

I bought a physical copy (collector's edition) from Amazon. Looks like it will not arrive until after the holiday weekend. I've checked some of the solutions here, but since mine isn't a digital copy, I cannot locate any other access code on my Amazon account.

Also, I was one of the people that had early access. I received a code soon after my purchase, and eventually used for the EA period.

In my scenario, am I out of luck? Or is there an alternative to get the "real" code? I'd hate to lose time due to the holiday weekend :/

Thank you :) Sucks to lose a few days of playing as I was just getting pretty deep into the story, but on the flip side, there were so many people that barely got any time to play, and still many others that haven't even had an opportunity, so I guess I shouldn't complain too much
