Lancer not able to roll "need" on lancer gear.

This armor set drops in Wander's palace its pretty decent actually but as a lancer i can not roll need on it. Now i'm aware its not mail gear it's probably more a monk set, but I see no reason why both jobs shouldn't be able to get it. Considering the other 2 armor sets are. Mercenary's which has dex so its for ARC/BRD; Fyi this looks more like a mail set. Warlock for Whm/Blm/Smn/Sch. Vermillion i believe for tanks. So that leaves Lancer with no need option :(. So its frustrating losing these upgrades to casters and tanks.

Same here, saw a leather piece drop in Tam Tara, was a nice upgrade for me and stated that all classes could use, but it was greed only and the healer ended up getting it because EVERYONE has to hit Greed.
