hi Zansa , i ordered Ce from SE store and i recived code with preorder items only , today i recived those 2 items , check my post and ppl said , we will get new code with CE items , i do have mailed CE cistomer support and im still waiting for their reply

I preordered a PS3 CE, but I haven't received the items, even though I am able to DL the PS3 client. Is this a bug, or do I need to log in from the PS3 client to receive them? (I am currently playing EA on PC.)

You still need to get a chocobo license to use any mounts in the game.
I had a legacy character which had a chocobo license from V1 and that character could use mounts immediately.
The new character I created for ARR could not use any mounts until I got a chocobo license from a GC.

I wish I could ... but Excalibur is entombed in permanent lock down. Unless you execute a server shutdown and restart (or preferably a transfer option), it's highly unlikely I will ever be able to claim anything for my Legacy characters on that world. Sigh ...

I hope your right I have two there account and one is CE and one is just Legacy. This one is CE and Legacy I have my pre-order items from 1.0 and got my Pre-order Items for ARR but my account does not show CE just Legacy and that I can do the digital Collectors edition upgrade I'm hoping this gets fixed of finished soon.

Question! I had a 1.0 standard account so I've been using that in early access and mogstation tells me I have a standard ARR game added...that's fine. I've purchased a proper (not digital) collectors edition copy of ARR. Am I able to upgrade my account to collectors edition through a cd key, not just digital upgrade? I'm thinking it might be the Bonus Code thing, but I'm not too sure!

For those who ordered through GreenManGaming, I just received my CE code by mail and redeemed through mogstation without any problems.

Only if you buy the PS3 CE.

1.0 Standard + PS3 CE = CE Account
1.0 Standard + PC CE = Original account (standard) + PC CE account. Cannot be combined.

Otherwise, you'll have to the digital upgrade.

i accidentally registered my collector's edition code as a new service account, i'm REALLY hoping there's a way i can merge that account with the one containing my main character cause i really don't wanna start over

Apparently buying the 1.0 CE gets you absolutely nothing. Oh well...most of the crap they give you us useless past level 10 anyway.

Actually, I think it's a bug with 1.0 CE + Legacy members not getting items.

My wife got her 1.0 CE the same time I did, but she is not legacy. She got all her items today.

I am 1.0 CE + Legacy = No items.

Dev, care to confirm?

Before I registered my 20 digit Game Activation Code today it said 4 remaining days. After I entered in the key, it now says 34 remaining days.

In the end there were 3 keys from preorder:
1. 18 digit Early Access / Pre-Order Code (from the place you bought it)
2. 20 digit early access code (from SE)
3. 20 digit Game Activation Code (from the place you bought it or the actual physical game)

Mine says "You have no available characters". Yet here I am. ;)
Do you only get the option to link your character when you enter the Game Activation code?

NA PS3 CE PSN code says invalid. MogStation not listing my main character. Cannot register game code until PSN code is registered. What gives, folks...tired of jumping through hoops that keep changing.
