Also, regarding the ToS: I would say that 50% downtime is an "exceptional circumstance".

I would think a decent compensation would be for SE to extend the number of free days to coincide with how many problem-riddled early access days we've had... meaning that they should give us an extra 2-3 free days worth of play before they would start making people start paying their subscription fees. After all, they advertised early access as part of their preorder, so it's only fair that preorderers at least get those days back somehow.
