Hours ago. Exact same behavior I'm getting as I did last Sunday -- 3102, unable to login or create any NA/EU characters.
People on the same networking equipment in a room next to me have no issue being on right now, zoning, playing. Friends also report no issue.

Was completing a cutscene in an instanced battle then received the 90000 error. Afterwards, 3102 on log in attempts. 4+hours and going.

Same, zoning into Limsa Lamosa or something. 90k into 3102

Almost 7 hours passed still cannot get it, gunna head to be as I have work tomorrow will give it another shot next weekend maybe unsure whether or not I want to play anymore after the performance with the downtime today.

I've been unable to log in for 3 hours now. I had the day off and was nice and ready for a full day of FFXIV and this is what I'm smacked in the face with? Boy I'll be in such a great mood when I have to go back to work tomorrow!
