All instances appear to be bugged but definitely the Quest "Spirithold Broken". I cannot complete my Level 10 Mainline Quest therefore I cannot choose a profession, I cannot add a 2nd Class, I cannot do Levequests.

PLEASE fix it right rather than bring the game back up early and saying the problem is fixed!

P.S. This is getting extremely sad SE, main content being locked off is an official broken game in any gamers book. I know this is still Early Access.. but something needs to be said .. someone high up needs to come out and say why this is failing over and over and over again. I'm starting to think there is too many people overloading the servers.. you need to increase your server's performance potential or start creating more servers and allowing us to carry our characters over to balance load.

What for? To end up wasting 12 hours of early access to see that after all they still dint fix anything? Rather hire propper devs/programmers and give us more/good servers like in JP.

Yep, still broken. I have a lot of patience but I'm slowly running out of it, between the 1302 errors last beta and this instance problem now.

Duty Quests stuck again. Not loading.

Error message 1: Cannot make contact with duty server
Error message 2: A system error occured during event movement.

As already said by some people, this is broken main content, have u actually done something during those maintenances from today. It slighty more stable with joining now (again) but still the duty has been bugged for hours now getting us locked out of the main content, main story lines, and other duty quests. Keep this up SE

Stuck at level 5 Job quest and have been grinding up to 15, but I'm kind of stuck on what I can do next, everywhere I go they tell me I need to progress my class story line to do anything else.

This is sort of.. bothersome. I understand that in new MMOs like this, there is bound to be issues. It's just the nature of them that is a bit demoralizing here.

It just seems like they are unprepared to handle the amount of people playing the game. Every major problem so far seems to be attributed to server stress and congestion. Due to the fact that after 3 "emergency" 3 hour maintenance the problem still exists, it just kinda seems like the only "fix" is for not so many people to be playing..which is not good at all.

I love how SE wont even replay to update people couse they know they fucked up and are just wasting time so they dont have to fix it today

Just can't get into any instances or any instanced quests:

"Chasing Shadows" Level 5 class quest
"Tactical Happenings" Level 10 class quest
Duty Finder, etc.

This is very bad.... two maintenence to address this issue, vouchers not being sent out, error 3 code problems and still no say on any hope of fixing but a "Sorry for the inconvenience, we're working on it" not good SE..... Just a suggestion, "TEST" your maintenance before you let the public back in, two, keep the the public updated on whats going on. I see the jp servers are running flawlessly (I made a character today went from 1-18 no errors) but us NA / EU servers and just plain terrible. I know this is early access (The real open beta) but you guys gotta get on the ball. These are "Paying" subscribers whos time is being ate up due to 6 hours (In total) of maintenance with no success of fixing anything. (Except the reoccurring 90k which should have been done since phase 4). I know many mmo launches has problems but not major ones like this, especially when the beta ran more fluently than the what its doing now. MY prediction is, you guys wont read this at all, you guys may just fix it by time the actual launch comes out but then my question is, why are we doing early access? All im saying is, get it together, not just speaking for myself, but for us many subscribers im pretty sure who is "Willing" to try out your "remastered / rebranded" game.

I am sure they will respond in the next two hours acknowledging there is an issue, then two hours after that actually announcing maintenance time, then spend 2-3 hours in maintenance, then come back to nothing is fixed. Been on this cycle a few times now.

Pathetic....don't know how many chances I can give this company.

This is pretty bad. How can you have 2 downtimes in one day and still not fix the problem? Why did you bring the servers back up saying it was fixed when it's obviously not? This kind of thing was expected in beta but now we're in early access. People paid to have this. If they are unable and incapable of providing the content promised for the beginning of the game, what was the point of pre-ordering?
