Without the arrows being equipped, I could see how you could be defeated in an early leve at one star.

Your stats should not make an impact against rank 1 leve foes.

Yes, I made this mistake back in beta before arrows refilled properly, once my arrows ran out I started throwing rocks for 1 damage which = death as an archer. I do believe this is what was going wrong and I am glad you are doing better. :D

I don't know if I'm doing something wrong. So I decided to post in this thread again. I started a new character and got it to rank 12 THM and psychical level 9. I've invested all my attribute points in mind, intelligence, and piety. I just tried to do my first behest in camp emerald moss.

The first mob group I fought killed me in two blows. I've had others tell me they have no problem with these mobs. People saying they can beat rank 10 camp leves at rank 1. I don't know what I'm doing wrong. Any advice is welcome and I thank you.

Put points into vit.

I remember starting out of the first leves and putting them on 5 stars and finishing them each time. Some creatures have received buffs though.

IF anything the mobs are very underpowered in this game and as a Rank 1 you can go from Rank 1 to Rank 5 in one leve pretty much and it should be a cake walk even on 2 stars for a Rank 1 sometimes even 3 stars.

I leve linked the starter leve on 5 stars with my girlfriend and went 1 -> 5 off the first mob. Mobs are waaaay too weak and leveling is too fast at low level. This was done on a NEW char with physical level2(You get this off the intro quest) 2 days ago, and 0 outside buffs or gear changes.
Proof + 3500 SP off 1 mob.

We went 1-10 in less than 5 mins, 1-16 and a half in an hour.

So yeah, you're doing something COMPLETELY wrong.

Uh since you are an archer... Did you equip your arrows?

thanks to all who posted. I want to clarify that I'm doing behest not leves. I'm also doing them as THM not as archer. I don't know want I'm doing wrong Shiyo. I think it was you who told me as rank 1 you were able to do rank 10 camp leves.

I haven't been able to do this as a fresh out of the gate character. I also haven't been able to do it with a more developed character. Higher rank, Psychical level, better gear. I also want to mention that I have been soloing leves and as for behests most of the time I solo but if there's other people there I group.
