I have people I hate but that I have to interact with. Whenever that situation comes up, I treat those people as cordially as I would a stranger and then I forget about it and it's as though they cease to exist. I'd never move away from them or expect them to move away from me because it isn't worth that much hassle to either of us, no matter what they've/I've done.
