Update! I've just been sent a 2nd registration code which automatically selected my Legacy account when I entered it, so SE are trying to fix this for us =)

Actually, it seems like a lot of people got another code... Apparently it includes people who applied for the PS3 version, even though the key doesn't specify. I don't actually know what's going on!

EDIT 2: 5 minutes later, they sent me a 3rd code, to replace the one I did wrong =) All's well!

I just got a replacement code too. Cheers Square Enix!!!

I got a second Beta Key also, managed to register it properly this time, crisis averted, thankfully!

Still waiting on mine. Hoping it arrives beta for the beta starts :(

I just posted a solution for those of you that accidentally registered your key to the incorrect service account. Please follow the instructions in my post and we'll work to resolve the situation.

A friend of mine was worried that if he put in a ticket now it wouldnt get resolved until Wednesday next week.

Edit: you can ignore me. I showed my friend how to read the instruction on this thread and he got it working.

they getting back to people in the order they got there code lol so if your one of the last few people to get your code and there 20+ people with the same issue and they got there code early they fix there issue first then get to you.

Excuse the stupid question but for some reason m pc when i launch ffxiv shows nothing in the window that pops up. With the cursor I find 2 tabs (on the lower 1/3 of the window) but neither launches the game is there something I am missing to click or do I not launch ffxiv to try to enter beta?

Actually I emailed them 3 times and the same response came back. So I just went and used "Square Enix Account" chat support. They fixed my troubles all up, so I'm pleased again!
