If not all legacy got in then there can be three situations. One we were right and they simply can not give out all the emails at once. Or two that person's email was wrong. Or they need to recheck inbox. I hope for the first one so I can hope to get in early, although I;ll know get in eventually.

My email is definitely not wrong cause i get emails from SE about crysta all the time for ffxi. Checked to make sure as well. They must of not sent out all the invites. Or everyone doesn't get in on the first day I don't know.

I;m guessing their plan is to give our codes by priority. First half of legacy, contest winners, and media first. Then Second half. And maybe if SE feels generous all the non legacy alpha testers. Then last all the few non alpha and non legacy.

Wouldn't matter. They beta codes are all the same per account. Except if you apparently have more than 4.

Like I said they are probably going by priority system so its unlikely any non legacy got in yet, unless media of course and contest winners. Be patient!

doesn't matter much. if they feel they need more people online at any one time, they'll invite more.
well if you're legacy, you'll get in eventually, game wont start for another week anyways, so don't stress about it :)

I got the same error... turns out I completely n00bed out, and in my excitement I accidentally bound the test account to my service account which wasn't active since 2010 >.< I've sent an email seeing if they can change it to my other account (which HAS to be active), but I'm not counting on it working... Looks like I have to hope I can get in for the PS3 Beta >.>

Go to the SE service accounts. It has to be an active account (i.e., not cancelled before the end of 1.0).

I got an e-mail for someone and I thought I will post it here as well

hey dude, i have just seen your post on the official forums as well as Fusion's and i had the same problem,( i thought i would send you a mail cause i can't post on the "lodestone forums" what it was is that i had 2 "service accounts" for FFXIV on my account one was not active and was listed as "canceled", by mistake i added the Key to the one that was not active thats why i was getting the Error "You could not log in because that service account has been cancelled.".what i had to do was go on to my account management page and click reactivate the canceled account, and then it worked, so check if your wife has not done the same by mistake.

I did the exact same thing, so you aren't... alone... >_>; I registered my code to my closed account over my active one by accident... I have also submitted a ticket/email as well.

no no the first 4 number in the code are the same from all 3 accounts lol. First account got two legacy and my gf account got legacy also they all turn out to have the same 4 first numbers.

I did the exact same thing.... I have emailed support and i'm waiting to hear back hopefully soon!! *fingers crossed* They should outlay that while you selecting which service ... Im sure alot of people have 2 for some reason

Actually no. There's no chance. someone posted a copy of the email and it says
