i remember yoshi saying something about blackjack and some holdem being(possibly) being in the saucer, in one of his letters. and if thats the case, and it's done well and we can actualy bet and play those card games(with eachother or against an npc) based on the rules of those game not some re-imagined version of those games. then i for sure will be all over that! but im not against FF based games either! what was the FFIX one tetra master? i liked that one. FFVII mini games ofcourse! :)

I think airships should play more of a role in the game.... Airship casinos! or air battles? airship racing?
Also, a card game of some sort NEEDS to be implemented. That is what I thought the levecards were in the hype to 1.0 release and I remember that was one of the most disappointing revelations when I realized that a collector card game was not implemented and would not be implemented...
Maybe a game like triple triad that uses levequest cards to play the card game. The cards strength and the level of the levequest it unlocks could be proportional. Rare cards could activate rare quests (and highly rewarding). Players would need to balance their deck selection because playing rare cards would mean having a strong deck, but it would also mean risking the loss of a rare quest... just some thought.. -

For airships to play a bigger role in ARR, they need to crest-en a bigger ship for general travel vs "express travel". Airship need to gain back their respect as supreme queen of the skies.
