Ya.. that what i was thinking, we should make a dedicated website and go to a server just for Oceanic/SEA.

We Indonesian player talk about this right before server merge commenced
turn out no one wanna move away from their friend in their own server
Signing up here as well ! From Durandal, there's an Aussie LS I'm in, but It's only been active recently. Aside from that, around 4-5 SEA people which I know.
I've been suffering from play-times as well, but my main problem lies in that I still go to school and Most of my LS do stuffs in the morning. I can stay up late or not even sleep just fine, however school is another different matter xD
bam, a quick bump for those ppl who didnt know this existed.. :P sorry.
I'm glad you did. :)
I'm from Perth, Australia on Ridill (or, will be only until the servers are shutdown again).
After that, only the Twelve know where I'll be on 2.0 (ala, SE ;)).
another bump :D
Australia here, will probably be going to a US server for ARR.
Bump Bumg Ting Ting. ^^
Indonesian player here. Would love to go to a common server when ARR launches!
Just recently checking this thread again, and gonna confirm without riddles this time lol :
I'm SEA player, and so is Rina Inverse. Both of us from Indonesia. :)
Have our own SEA ls called Knight of Pluto, mostly Indonesian but also has friends from neighbor like Singapore, Malaysia, and others. :)
Even though we might still be apart @ ARR, least we can keep touch through this thread or future thread on ARR forum replacement. :)
Pinay here, live in the USA but for just one and a half year now.
Melbourne, Australia here! May be looking for a good Oceanic LS or at least some people to hang out with!
I am from Australia, my partner Faz Talan too! :)
Gysahl --> Ragnarok
We have met many Oceanic players in our adventures, some joined our LS "GONDWANA" on Ragnarok too.
Guess our closest Data Centre in ARR will end up being Japan, so we'll likely end up on Masamune!
Look forward to seeing our Gysahl friends again :)
/shout to Leo! :D
Hmmm looks a lot should we make a SEA-base website so that all SEA players can gather around :D ??? ok?
You could but a thread here is likely to receive more attention at this point in time.
ARR launch is a while off, server transfer even more so. Not gonna track down a source but I remember it being said that we'll pop on our 1.23b worlds upon ARR launch and transfer services will come later.
Also I guess it it depends on whether or not all Oceanic players have a desire to play with others from this region. Obvious benefits are being active in the same peak playing times but I have already seen an Aussie say they'd pick an US server and there are those with established networks that won't want to leave those behind.
If most desire an Oceanic player hub, then a LS could be formed and a server picked. Then there's the question of format and leadership. Since Masamune has already become the unofficial Oceanic server, makes most sense to be there, though a new LS might not be of interest to existing members of Thanalan Alliance, or even other LS's of this region both on Masamune or other worlds.
Ultimately, I think it is a little too early to say since we're missing a lot of info to have that discussion and make a decision. I'd personally love to play with more players from this timezone but wouldn't just join a LS because of the region. Though it seems Player Companies will be more organisation & content focused than Linkshells, so who knows.
I'll keep watching out for Oceanic chatter though~! :)
I am currently eating some vegemite for the glory of us all
Yea everyone doesnt have to be on same LS or under one leadership, but having wide rrange of oceanic players in one server means more potential players to pick from when its needed. Its better to get players that belong on your server rather than using content finder.
melbourne , aus :) here!!
Hey Everyone! Another Aussie here.
I started another thread without even realizing this one was here *Derp*
I have a Facebook group for oceanic players HERE if anyone would like to join :)
Melb, Aus. I'm interested.
