It's funny how this thread is basically filled with randomness lol. But seriously though. The best gift to Yoshi-p is to just end up paying and playing his game. And show gratitude on the forums. Maybe toss in some funny drawings or something but keep it simple. -

He probably needs a Toddy cold brewer for coffee. He drinks a lot and hot brewed coffee raises stomach acidity to unbearable levels. Drinking cold brewed would probably help the conditions of his stomach quite a lot (it did help me, at least) :D

My friends and I gave Yoshi-P already some coffee at the Gamescom2012. Since we're italian, we brought him some top-tier espresso powder. He really liked it, we even got a personal message from him a couple of weeks later through the european SE Online community manager. He cooperated with us when we gave the present and he was really nice! I hope our coffee helped him during his tireless nights of work. :)
