Maybe maybe not lol - depends on how they do with ARR and new people. I know quite a few who wouldnt care, or not care enough to leave. Just flame for a while lol.

I dont think they would remake FFXIV just for the people who are left over - I'm sure they think it was worth it to be remade beyond just because the first version was bad.

SE said that if you haven't talked to the achivement NPC you'll still be able to retrieve it in 2.0 (if you have the clearance already)
