Considering it's supposedly going to be an in-game event, loading up the launcher to see it makes the most sense.

When I saw this screenshots I just heard a final countdown violin cover come on on my youtube playlist....

THE END IS NIGH!

I really need to work out how to spend my last day, I'm thinking making a macro to shout rhetoric and travel access Eorzea spamming my macro. Who needs anima before the shutdown anyway :)

So if the meteor hits on the 11th - do we have to be on THAT day in order to experience the end in person?

Thought the game would end on the 1st and then just continue on in our heads.

There's no way around it in a live event, so if you really want to see it then call in sick or whatever. I know you shouldn't HAVE to, but it's the way it is.
