Of course if you just jump off ship with random groups then you are wasting other peoples' times. But from the beginning I was speaking from the experience on the Dynamis as it was in the early days. And you did not do it in total PUGs back then. You had Linkshells devoted to that, so you had a group of 30-something people scheduling runs. That meant basically all those people were prepared to sacrifice 3 to 5 hours from their day/playtime to do Dynamis. That's why I'm also making a comparison that you can schedule with a group of friends/static-group to do stuff only for an hour or two during e.g. a weekday - because you're all busy with work. And that wouldn't be a problem then.
