because it will end with the world .
I believe Yoshida said there would be a 1.23C which will prolly be the impact event.
and why would garlean army would try to invade the others city if dalamund is going to fall ?
They should strike after that .
The corps of the army attacking now is the remnants of van Darnus's army, who have basically gone rogue from the Empire. They're trying to wipe out any resistance so that Dalamud will fall and "cleanse" the planet. If Dalamud itself were to come into contact with the planet it'd probably destroy Hydaelyn.
I wonder if this patch is going to introduce changes to the landscape that was mentioned in the PDFs. This was supposed to happen sometime before 2.0 but nothing has really happened yet.
if they'd wipe all resistance then dalamud destroying the world would be pointless if they already killed everyone ...
and i highly doubt they would add landscape change before 2.0 .
Nobody ever said radical ideals were always the best thought out plans. :)
What was Kefka's motivation for destroying the world in FF6 apart from the fact that he was just purely a lunatic?
Dalamud's falling has nothing to do with the people, it's the primals that Darnus wants to get rid of...
I think. That dude is loco. I don't understand nothin' of what he be talkin'.
Not good enough. F minus minus.Quote:
The world changes sort of began w/ the Twelve symbols popping up around Eorzea.
i don't think having stones shining is the landscapes change that he meant .
Kefka thought that life was meaningless so it has to be destroyed .
I think giant airships, meteor showers, dalamud getting huge count as drastic changes too
I hope would like see invasion cs in city like besieged http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=E4OAi2gxovI
Yes yes yes! This is what we were told in the 2.0 PDFs released back in October of 2011, almost one year ago:
"Current players" should mean those of us playing version 1.xx. I have to be honest: I expected to see this "massive geological anomaly" well before now. I'm hoping that it finally appears in 1.23c tomorrow. At the same time, however, they haven't made any really huge changes to the geography of Eorzea itself in this version. They've added some man-made structures such as Castrum Novum, but they haven't changed the land itself much. It seems a little unrealistic to expect to see the geological anomaly, given that it looks to be humongous.Quote:

I hope something really cool comes out of this.
