How many of those tickets have you gotten escalated? how many times have you called in? I see a few people complaining. I don't see a lot of people trying to escalate.
posting on the forums does not generate as fast a response as calling in. call in. ask the rep to generate a new ticket. ask them to escalate that ticket. ask them to escalate all of your existing tickets. if they say they have, ask them to do it again. Tell them you're more than happy to wait on the phone with them while they escalate.
There are a couple people who have had this problem for months. the team in japan has been working on the problem for a while, but it's not an easy thing to fix. so escalating as many tickets as you can is the best way to get a response. the servers are coming down in November. If you were managing a team with limited resources are you going spend resources on fixing a problem that will be fixed soon when you bring the servers down and port over data? I wouldn't. unless a lot of people suffering from a certain problem. how do i know a lot of people are affected? there are a lot of tickets.
Why be nice? if it gets escalated from the forums they will print/forward the thread. which thread do you think they are more likely to print/forward? the one that is well written, polite, with nothing but data/facts or the one with
Keep in mind, this must be translated too. so if you've got a bunch of garbage language its even less likely your thread will be print/forwarded.Quote:
