Since all my fighting classes are 50 with fully unlocked jobs, find the NPC that sells the beginner Arcanist weapon and seal away my other class equipment and weapons till its 50 to fully experience the new world from scratch and follow my summoner destiny. ^~^

Ditto. In fact, I'll put away all Job AF into the Armoire before the final character save on Nov 1 to save as much room as possible.

Redesign my character, then watch the cutscenes over again. Then (if it's out at launch) level Arcanist

I think my first thing will be redesigning character some, especially tail things if they do add them. <3 long tails.

First thing on log in, though, will be fixing inventory since I <will> be capped inventory appon login, since I never dip below 150 items.

1.Re-create character..hopefully a new race not related to FFXI is in (or male mithra).
2.Log in and have relations with the first female npc I see.
3.Take a shower.
4.Call my Gobbue and "spacebar".
5.Try and locate my samurai trainer, I won't stop looking till I find them.
6.Un-fog the entire map.
7.Entire my mog house and take a long nap........with my new npc girlfriend.

I will find and kill one of those damn trees.

Check out the new UI & crafting/gathering systems - well for now, since we don't know much about what's changing other than a few excerpts from some interviews Yoshi's given.

I'm itching to see if it'll really be fun to go out gathering materials instead of the hot & cold nonsense. I really hope they do something drastic with fishing as I can't stand the current system - I thought it was more fun in XI actually...


Curious to see how they intend to change up or even ease crafting as well. The #1 complaint in the last poll was the difficulty/time sink it is so... yeah. It's not really fun crafting right now either. I like how much more in depth it is compared to XI, like actually having some level of control of HQ rates. But the music is annoying and the process just becomes a boring, autonomous process after 10 minutes or so.

At least grinding with a group is somewhat lively. And I *love* crafting & gathering, as I like feeling useful and making items etc. it's just the leveling aspect somehow just causes my interest to fade away rapidly. Not sure why, when it was so much blander (but quicker too) in XI.

I'm going to explore all the new areas. Limsa, then Gridania, then Ul'derp.

I'll then visit Merlwyb and all the female Elezen I can find and have a party.

Will rush to the market wards in order to get a spot for my retainer and sell items for 999999999 gil to keep my spot eternally.

I just hope our alts can get the Goobue as well, make an NPC that checks the database of other characters, and if one has it give our alt a horn. Or just check the database when we make a character.
