but then you could force DC to save your mats if the synth was going south. other games get away with this because there is no progression based crafting, in short the game decides if you succeed or not.

Hmmm... its true, this game crashes on me but... its rare with me here so if it crashes with you so many times then try to reinstall the game or w/e needed .

I only crash during loading aka changing zones, everything else is your ISP.

Cant bother them with bs like oldass content, they have more important things to do like relic, DL, crafting to do, why would i be all selfish and have them killing a mob for me all the time, we done it a few times and it didnt drop once so i aint asking them anymore :) is that hard to get?

Well the complains about game instability started a year and a alf ago and for the longest time nothing been done about it in all the patches we got. Instead they made mobs bigger in size and fixed a whole lot of non existant bugs... Also the LTW final Lv 36 quest is broken.. nothing been done about that either. its been mentione a gazillion times too :)

To peeps repeating stuff that someone else mentioned already in a previous reply > Go back and read the replies before replying yourself, dont just read first post and then reply..

Now it's not my fault the game crashed. It's not my fault i lost an item...

about GM's being worthless, Yes the us timezone GM's are about as worthless as tits on a bull.

I wish SE would hire more US based GM's that are actually able to speak English.

Sorry for your loss OP. Also i still haven't seen purple in forever since the new weather,waited there for 8 hrs semi afk one day never seen it pop. I was checking the screen every 5 mins or 10.

After reading all this stuff... Am i the only one who's not crashing in this game o.O... I crash or disconnect maybe once every 2-3 months... I can leave the game online for days w/o crashes...

i guess lesson learned here is not to give dodore wings to people who are tools

I hardly ever crash either.

Well... I have two different machines that I play on. One crashes about once a day, the other hasn't crashed in months.

Isn't the unstable and unresponsive server code half the reason we're getting 2.0?

I am indeed sorry for your loss, OP, but it's been said repeatedly that the crew on 1.x is small and focused on very specific things. o.O The reason they coded a new engine and are making new servers is precisely because of the instability and lagtacularness of the existing architecture.

Folks harping on about how 2.0 is overblown, and have little to no expectations from it, belittling those who do, to you folks, I have only one question to ask.

Knowing that 1.x is unacceptable, and believing that 2.0 won't be that much better, why the flaming hell are you still here? Go play something else. o.0 Put up, or clam up. One of the two.

ITT: No one cares about your hardship because it actually hasn't happened to them.

Trust me, your outlook on the matter would be different if you lost expensive mats to the servers crapping out.

This was exactly my point. It's not that SE hasn't put effort into fixing the problem, it's that fixing the problem takes so much effort that we haven't seen the fruits of it yet. The reasons for crashes are many and complicated, it's not a simple code change.

Happened to me several times...

I can usually trace it back to my ISP or my computer, very very rarely has it been server side, and even then....oh well life goes on, it's not something worth getting worked up over.

Shit has been happening since the dark ages. Homeboy isnt the first person to disconnect and lose out on something. MMO's have been plagued with disconnections, rollbacks, etc since time immemorial. I'm sure kats have lost more than the OP here. I could make 1 mil in a couple days, not that hard to get back.

Where do I petition for the Darklight harness I would have gotten the time we crashed mid miser fight?

If your client is crashing a lot the problem may be your settings?

This is a game. Things happen.

Just go farm Dodore again...seriously how hard is it? I understand it takes time, but you can easily kill Dodore 3-5 times with the weather window and that will pretty much guarantee a couple wings. Yes it sucks, but suck it up and move on dude. I'm sure you aren't the only one this has happened to.

while i agree that OP is being too demanding , I also agree and understan that losing expensive mats because of DC is realy effing annoying, certainly they can do a quick fix that would keep us from losing mats on a synth that dosent complete due to dc, if not , owell, im not that butt hurt about it, but if its possable would be nice.
