There's roleplaying, where people gather and do some event, with shared interests to help their circle and others enjoy. And then there's crowding in AFK style for many hours of the day, in order to be purposely disruptive to others, purposely trying to use massive characters to block everyone and create a menace.

Maybe it needs a few genuine sprout reports, who unknowingly start in that world's Limsa, for you [WeebPolice] to wake up.

That and they have a genuine stalking problem too. Always sniffing around on their alts, trying to throw my ranked cc matches. Like I can't even play the game comfortably without feeling like they're on some alt doing some heavy breathing in the distance LOL.
