Make a limit on Jump

I'd like jump fatigue, but it looks like the world will have enough obstacles to where that wouldn't be a viable option, and just become frustrating for players.

People complained about fatigue, they'd defiantly complain about a jump limitation.

I'm not happy about jump spam either (that rogadyn just went to town didn't he?) but it's a part of the mechanics of the world now. I wish we had a filter or something like we do for shout spam, but I can't see how it would work well.

i think it was just cute (especially the lalafell) ;). jumping makes fun :)

If you implement a feature, people will most likely use it. Some more then others. If they don't want people to "spam" this feature called "jump", then they wouldn't have implemented it entirely. However, due to the high demand for this particular feature, they've implemented it anyway.

I am one of those people who /welcome this feature with open arms. No more walking around ledges you could've easily stepped off, or fences you could jump over.

Adding a "cooldown" to this feature will only frustrate people more then not having it at all. Example, if you want to jump across/over a "2 story slope", would you want to have to wait 10 seconds before making the 2nd jump? I sure won't. If it takes me up the stairs faster during a (for example) "speed run"? I'll jump to my hearts content.

"Bunny hopping" is something that will be "fun" in the beginning, but will die down for most people in the long run.

So, my answer is... No, i don't want a cooldown on the Jump feature. Let me use it whenever i want to use it.

You know what Rokien? Every time I see you in game I'm going to follow you while spamming the jump key. I will.

Meh forget limits, it didnt work with fatigue. Some jerks will hop nonstop, but whatever not me. Dont limit jumps, they re fine. If you dont like jumping dont jump, fine with me.
