Controller not recognized after 7.1 update?

Thank you for your help.
I did this and was able to get my PS4 controller to work with FF14's Xbox 360 setting but no matter what I do FF14 doesn't recognise my L2/R2 input.
I've also confirmed this via the game's calibration. Any other button works fine but L2/R2 are not detected.

However L2/R2 work perfectly well in any other steam game I've tested.

Any idea how I can get those two buttons to work?
