Does anyone else miss the feeling of fantasy in this game?

This is what Endwalker should of been TBH at the very least instead of getting badly told FF4 for the post patches we could of got a Garlemald storyline.

It really did ruin a lot of the feel. They also ruined the feeling of the game being an adventure.

The more you play any game, the less wonderous it's gonna become over time. With every exciting reveal comes the sacrifice of a mystery. If you're expecting the game to forever keep giving you the same feelings and excitement you had when you started, you're just gonna be miserable. That's just life. The moment you accept and understand this, you'll learn to appreciate the smaller details a little more. Dunno, maybe I'm getting old...

The entire plot of this expansion, aside from the succession, reeks of Ascians' shenanigans. Except, there are none around. I was expecting Sphene to be an Ascian herself, but apparently not. Nonetheless, I really still feel there's an Ascian nearby.

We still have a few mysteries left to uncover out there. Notably auracite, both black and white.

We know that it caused everything from Ultima, the High Seraph in the Ivalice raids to the entire raid series of Pandemonium.

But we still don't know where it came from, other than "outer space." And the Omicron and dragons don't have anything to do with it.

So there's something dangerous still out there.
