Remove AoE healing from non healer jobs

Props to the team doing this takes effort and I will never diminish that, but if this doesn’t highlight that non healer party heals might be too overtuned for content the majority of the playerbase interacts with I don’t know what will.

Didn’t even need tank level of mitigation to make the healing even easier.

It's a nice data point for sure. But it's obviously being used on reddit to make a disingenuous attack on the healer strike, which is becoming a bit of a running theme.

And there doesn't seem to be video? Just showing the screenshot says very little. Was this anywhere near optimal for that dungeon?

"I was the SMN in this group and we re-instanced twice to adjust our party comp. Even with this setup, we had quite a tough time planning out our mitigation and heals for the final boss fight....

This took us a few hours to "prog" and it was pretty challenging and fun."

They basically used Curing Waltz as AoE heals and Riddle of Earth to "tank" so a simple adjustment to these abilities renders it impossible since it was pretty close without Shake it Off or tank mits... they added another heal to Earth's Reply in Dawntrail. Look forward to it.

It's definitely not optimal simply because of how close it is but it does illustrate just how low unavoidable damage is compared to our kits that the DPS alone can cover it and why AoE heals on DPS is problematic.

Nowhere near optimal that would still be 1T 3 DPS, having a tank does a lot for just ease of heals needed.

This is also a skilled dps group run and something that won’t be the norm for now at least (who knows what future holds) unlike with 1T 3DPS runs where it takes far less effort and skill to do.

But it does highlight that content design on damage output is far too low for this type of content that healers are easily replaced, and tanks can be as well with more skill.

As Paladin I can solo a lot of trials, and bring it over a healer in things like treasure hunt or deep dungeon. It's significantly more useful than a healer taking up a slot in the party. Doubly so since there are DPS mages that can raise if the need arises.

Hell I can probably solo a lot of dungeons much earlier than unsync intends, but I've simply not bothered with it. It's almost Blue Mage broken.
