[Error 90002] Inability to login to EU Data Centers

Can log in using DC travel but can't get into anything on chaos. 90002 even if I try to world travel from the log in screen.

Connection with the server was lost 90002 here too...i arrive at the page with the characters list without any problem, but then unable to log in whatever i do, whichever charather i select from my list...since yesterday!! :(

Cant log to main character, but can make a new character on Louisoix. Trying to connect game while as main character loading to server errors to 90002. New character works perfectly well, no disconnects or problems to log in.

EU Chaos Ragnarok - 90002 I get the error every time I try to log in for 6 hours. There is no way to log in on Chaos and this is my only character

Adding myself to the affected list.
Can't login on my main (on Omega), but DC visiting to Light works.
Can login on an alt (also on Omega).

Same issue on Moogle/Chaos EU. Error code is 10105 though. Seems like the only way to bypass it is to travel to Light.

Can't log in (error 10105 after NOW LOADING screen). Chaos/Cerberus. Any prognosis?)

having the exact same issue Chaos center spriggan error code 90002, got dc'd in a dungeon so i cant even use transfer world to try and play today.

ridiculous that we cant get a single response..this problem is up since the maintenance...

It's still a problem, after I tried every single method on the internet to fix it, also official methods. Still not working, unfortunately. It seems to have a fix from square enix side because as a player u could do nothing with it. Also, my main character is stuck on duty due to DDoS attacks and I can't transfer my character. to any of the data centres. Waiting for fix...:confused::confused::confused:

I can't log in as my main character, however i can create new character on same world (moogle). Probably it's not realted to ddos attack, more likely something went wrong during maintenance and some of the characters became corrupted :/

Having the same problem, can't log in on my main character, error 90002, but can log with all my alts, even one on the same server (I'm on Chaos, Ragnarok)

Same issue (Chaos, Cerberus), I was kicked due to the DDOS yesterday and (eventually) went to play other games after a kick. I am currently DC travelling to Light but I was hoping to check my island sanctuary for the new week before I start washing cowries down the drain.

Can't connect either, I get the 90002 error when i should be appearing in game.
But the weird thing is I can't connect with my main char on Moogle - Chaos, but I can connect with my secondary char on the very same Moogle - Chaos (and they both originate from there too)
I can connect with my main char only by traveling to Light...

It seems it's the way login to the servers is handled. I got this after looking at the res mon in windows it is by no means an explanation, merely an educated guess. I have a very short route to the servers (tracert shows 4 hops, 3 of them are my network, around 20-23ms of latency).

I tested with 4 different characters, on the same server. Each world on the DC has multiple IPs and ports to handle connections, this much is logical, for load balancing and whatnot.

Observations so far :

-My characters seem to always connect to the same IP and port (characters are attributed an IP/port combo that changes at set intervals? or doesn't change at all?)

-Char 1, 2, 3 and 4 had different destination IPs and port from each other.

-Char 1, 2 and 3 could connect without issues consistently, but not Char 4.

- I went looking at IPs and ports out of curiosity. for Char 1, 2 and 3, the IP and corresponding port were open.

- for Char 4 port was closed / dropping connection.

It seems it's like a lingering effect of the big DDoS attack or a localized assault on the servers? or maybe network equipment in failsafe/mitigation mode in response to the DDoS/traffic.
Since I think that kind of info is public (with server status website etc) for Chaos - Ragnarok it seems that at least port 55027 for the IP 80.239.145.117 is at fault for not letting people log in, it's the one I could find with my limited testing, there may be more of them. if people could crosscheck that info, it would be a start as to where to look (open task manager, open ressource monitor, under network, pin the ff14 executable and the tabs below will only populate with the related ip/port informations). It could explain why world travel doesn't always solve the issue but DC travel does.

I just checked, I'm on Light currently to play but my char is from Moogle - Chaos, and the IP seems to be almost the same, only the last number (your "117") is different.
In TCP tab, Port (distant) is 55026
So it's quite similar ; I don't know if that helps

Only on main.. and Data center travel does not work, cause "you character logged off in the middle of duty" etc etc

Haven't been able to play since yesterday night on Phantom; same Error 90002...

No explanation, no troubleshooting, no update...

Error 90002 after character select, waiting through queue and loading screen on Chaos/Omega. Could DC travel to Light/Lich and log in briefly but after returning to home world on chaos the issue persists.

I can't log in with my main character getting 90002, but at the same time I managed to log in some of my characters on Ragnarok but just 2 of them. Others characters on Ragnarok also getting 90002.
At the same time I can travel with my main character to Light data center but.... I want to play on my DC. Work on my house, go on my island....

Chaos - Ragnarok : still can't join, error 90002 :(

From the general thread...I guess it's comforting to know that our characters aren't somehow stuck for a long time.

I am running into the same issue. Every time I try to log in on Phantom with my character there, I get 90002 errors. when I try to login on my characters on Jenova/Aether I have no problems at all.

I will have to add myself to this problem too. My Main is unable to connect to Chaos Datacentre and was logged out at my house in Lavenderbeds (Omega) last night. Also getting the Error Code 90002.

I can travel to light and login there and also play my other char on NA. Only Chaos not working on my end.
