Keeper fangs nerfed in the update

The fangs on moon miqos are one of the personal traits I choosed moon over sun for, please we want
them back!

Please give the fangs back to keepers AND give fangs to the Suncats too. It always annoyed me only one gets them and the other doesn't. :/

The fangs were what made Keepers so unique, and I was super excited to see them with the shiny new teeth shaders. I'm pretty disappointed by the fact that they're basically gone now, since it was the biggest charm point of my character + the main reason I switched from Seeker to Keeper 3 years ago. Pls bring them back!!!

The fangs were the cutest part of being a mooncat....it literally was their racial trait? Why would they take this away?

I also use face 3, mouth 4 and my character's fangs are now so small they look like a sunseeker or a hyur's teeth, it's very sad!
The other face and mouth options on girl moonkeepers especially also look flatter but this specific combination is the one that seems to have had the fangs removed entirely.

Fangs are part of what sets Moonkeepers apart from Sunseekers, they might not be as immediately visible, but they're just as important for us as distinguishing traits as grey/blue skin options and round pupils in the eyes.
Why make them look less unique? It's truly a shame.

Face 3 mooni also got a siginificant nerf to the clan marks...they're barely noticable anymore. :c

fangs were one of the reasons i picked moonkeepers over sunseekers to begin with! i would love to have them back! alternatively, give us a slider to determine the length and size of them, like we have tail or ear sliders for other races.

Looks like a bug to me.

Set up my forum account for the first time to comment here. Please, SE, give us our fangs back! They are the whole reason to pick Moon over Sun. This isn't cool. I loved everything else I saw about my character with the update, but the fangs are a huge loss. Please fix this terrible mistake!

Would have to agree with not liking this change. Seeing the updated fangs made me a little sad, as they look a little incomplete for my tastes (the older ones did have their own issues, though).
Aside from this and clan marks also being more muted, I would point out that tail 3 not being updated was surprising, but that's for another time, I suppose. Perhaps a megathread for feedback on the updated character models is in order.

Chiming in. I really liked that my Moonkeeper had chompy kitty fangs and losing them would be a bit of a disappointment. Really respect and appreciate the staff for their hard work on this update (the benchmark looks AMAZING), but dang, could I please get those teef back?

Big agree with this thread. The fangs are the biggest draw to playing Keeper of the Moon so I hope they fix the size/shape to the original.

I'm extremely happy with how my fem Moon Keeper miqo'te turned out, but I want the fangs back. They're a huge HUGE charm point for the clan!

Another person that got a forum account just to talk about this. The benchmark was really lovely to see, but my main character is a moon cat and I can't understate how much the fangs are a part of her appearance for me. It's super disappointing to see them the way they are now - they look like normal human canines (I swear *my* canines are sharper than theirs!) rather than the cat-like fangs they had before. It may seem like a really small detail but it's one of the most unique parts about playing a moon cat and it'd be so disappointing if they were left the way they appear in the benchmark.

Unfortunately I doubt it's a bug either, since I compared to sun cats and they still have flat teeth. Moon cats still have canines, they're just extremely dull and barely visible now, to the point where they may as well not exist.

Overall/otherwise the teeth do look better! But the fangs being missing is just really obvious.

Like many others here, the fangs were a HUGE reason I chose to play as a Keeper of the Moon. On face 3 male, I can still see the fangs but they do seem smaller, and I'd hate for other Keepers to lose theirs. Please bring back the fangs!

I've been playing the same character since 2010, and I'm having a little bit of an identity crisis seeing her fangs blunted. :confused: Adding my voice to the chorus here. Please put them back!

Another hat in the ring for wanting our keeper of the moon fangs back. A couple of the other changes are going to take some getting used to but I think I will like in the long run. Loosing out on the fangs, which are a big part of why I picked Keeper of the Moon in the first place is just not cool.

My Keeper boy needs his fangs back, it's not a Keeper without fangs

agreed, the one major downside to the update... my nearly non existent fangs!

please give us back our fangs!! they should be big and pointy! i have no idea how they allowed a unique racial trait get totally destroyed like this

I have had my main character since Beta for 1.0. Never used a Fantasia.

I. Want. her. Fangs.

Have to add my 'voice' to this - as impressed as I am by the improvements, this really isn't an improvement and I very much hope they'll roll it back.

As a non-Fantasia'd Keeper since LAUNCH... This is not okay, SE. This is like half the point of playing a Keeper. This needs fixed before DT goes live, no excuses!

I agree, I'm overall happy with the other changes but this needs to be fixed!! It's specifically part of the Keeper vs. Seeker lore that Keepers have fangs!! If they fix this issue I'll be completely happy with the updates to Keeper faces.

Keeper since 1.0. I'd give my eye teeth to have my old eye teeth back.

Fangs were the defining factor in me being a Moon Miqo, and personally as well, I dislike the added curvature? Detail? At the end of the mouth? It looks as if it was forcing a smile and it removed the stoic/almost grumpy look my character has for a more Joker one. Many things are improved but those two things made my character feel like completely devoid of the things I liked about him. Please bring back the fangs and fix the mouths.

It's incredibly upsetting to see the fangs are gone. I know they're subtly there, but the fangs were the trade off for cat-eye pupils.

Unless there is going to be an option for the pupils and the fangs on both sub-races, bring the fangs back as the default!!

The fangs are the unique part about Moon Miqos and the reason I've played one for 10 years the Sun Miqos have their eyes and those are more visible than the fangs on a keeper so this makes them even less special downgrading fangs. This update is not an update bring our fangs back!

The fangs look kind of okay on Face 2 ladies but there's definitely a difference! I'd definitely prefer it if the fangs were made a little more prominent, especially since this is what is supposed to be one of their key racial features.

Everything else but the hair highlights and hands look totally fine though IMO. I just want better fangs!
