If someone is consistently appearing in logs, they are cheating whether you recognize it or not. Even if there is only one member of their static doing the logging(that's not what is happening).

The idea that any accomplishments in this game brought on by cheating are valid is a good joke though.

I have never installed a single add-on. I still use parse logs often. You just need 1 person in your party who uses it for your name to be on said logs. When content is current, that's pretty darn often.

So by your logic, all world first Raiders are cheaters. Yet all the strats are discovered by those people. Then you go and copy their strats.
So following your logic, everyone is copying what bad players are doing.
So in other words, we're all bad \o/

Having dialogue about the state of cheating and allowing people to expose themselves on the official forums as users of third party software is definitely going to improve the game.

I've cancelled my sub and I am in the having a conversation with a moderator about the state of the game through the support desk. I'm saying my piece and then moving on until things change.

People have used logs against me on this forum that were from either queued content or when I was learning P1S P2S in PF. It's cringe but it is what it is. If you are participating with a static that has parses for an entire expansion's raid that you're willingly participating in, the whole group should be banned for cheating. It'd be like being on a competitive fps team where 1 person is hacking. That person is making the entire team's efforts invalid. If you're knowingly participating on the same static team as a cheater, that makes you a cheater. Be different if they weren't totally aware of the logs, but they are aware that they are participating in a static with a cheater.

Me having the bad luck of queueing into a random group of strangers through duty finder(not party finder even) where someone chooses to log the raid, yeah that's me who is being griefed.
